Rotary Club of Napa is proud to present our Spring Fundraiser, “Spirit of Rotary”. This year’s event features a picnic and barbecue at the Spirit Horse Ranch in American Canyon. Spirit Horse Ranch is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization established in January 2012 with the mission of “empowering lives through horses.” The Founder and Executive Director, Charlotte Dougherty, and her group of volunteers provide lessons, classes, and camps designed to improve the lives of children and adults who are facing developmental, emotional, social, or physical challenges. She provides scholarships for lessons to those in the community who need support including:

- Children with autism spectrum disorder or special needs - Homeless families - Children with cancer - Drug addiction and trauma survivors |
- Veterans and their families - Fremont School of the Blind students - Camille Creek High School students |

Rotary Club of Napa has always supported compassionate care for survivors. Spirit Horse Ranch represents our commitment to those in need. Through our Napa Rotary Endowment, proceeds from this Rotary event will: support improvements to the Ranch; provide scholarships for Camille Creek Community School students and Enchanted Hill Campers at Spirit Horse; plus provide support for the Napa Rotary Club and its many projects in the Napa community.
Rotary Club of Napa is proud to partner with Spirit Horse and Enchanted Hills for the Blind, two important non-profits in our community which help individuals with special needs who will benefit by therapeutic horse experiences at Spirit Horse and life-enhancing experiences at Enchanted Hills Camp.
